A tent compound is erected at the site of Grand Forks, Idaho, which was a bustling logging town that burned to the ground in an August 1910 forest fire that swept through Shoshone County. This photo shows a view of Grand Forks looking south two weeks after the town burned down. The Milwaukee Railroad grade is visible in the background.
