Britain's Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, in wheelchair,arrives at the Polish Social and Cultural Association in London to sign the book of condolence for the Polish President Lech Kaczynski, who died in a plane crash, Thursday, April 22, 2010. The Polish President, his wife and some of the country's most prominent defence and civilian leaders died April 10, 2010 along with many others when the presidential plane crashed as it came in for landing in thick fog at Smolensk in western Russia. Camilla is in a wheelchair because of her broken left leg which she sustained on April 7 during hill walking in Scotland.
