Seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong strains to take a fourth place during the prologue of the Tour de France cycling race in the port city of Rotterdam, Netherlands. Armstrong has cashed in on his cycling success to become a well-paid pitchman for everything from fitness products to beer, but his richest legacy is riding on the cancer foundation that he started 13 years ago after overcoming the disease.
