Mary and Dan Shegrud are living in Otis Orchards with her daughter and son-in-law, Jenna and Eric Miller, and their grandchildren, Amelia, 4, (in Mary’s lap); Owen, 6, (in Dan’s lap); Peyton 3, (middle); and 9-month-old Ava. The Shegruds are trying to open Micah House in honor of the Millers’ son Micah, who died after being hit by a car.
