Lezlie Finet heads a group of Spokane Valley artists organizing the Art on the Farm Festival on Aug. 28 and 29. The event will be held at her farm at Evergreen Road and 32nd Avenue in Spokane Valley, and will feature more than 25 artists’ booths, food and live music.
