The winter season has seen mild snowfall but lots of fog as evening commuters travel Highway 195 past Latah Creek and the Qualchan Golf Course south of Spokane, Wash. on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010. Lights from housing developments make the fog glow with bright colors on both sides of the highway.
