An out-of-service pressurized rail car is lowered onto its wheels with help from Hulcher Services employees Sunday at the Kootenai County Fire and Rescue District’s new training site on Seltice Way in Post Falls. BNSF railroad provided two rail cars, ties and tracks, along with the costs of decontaminating the cars.
