This cat was left at the SCRAPS afterhours drop off sometime between 5:30 pm, Mon., Dec. 20, and 7:30 am Tuesday Dec. 21, 2010 with no paper work. So far 1,969 cat's and dog's have been left at the receiving room, with 886 undocumented.
