Barb Ormsby, a cardiac nurse for 23 years at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, joined dozens of other nurses at an informational picket on South McClellan Street on Tuesday Feb. 2, 2010. The nurses are upset about bathroom breaks, staffing levels and a move to change their retirement benefits from the security of a pension to a stock market based plan to a 401(k).
