Service builders. Senior Airman John Rowley dumps a load of rock at the job site of a Habitat for Humanity duplex at 1600 E. Boone Ave. on Tuesday. Twenty-three instructors from the Fairchild Air Force Base Survival School donated their afternoon to help with the project.
