The owner of the Parkside Bistro at the edge of Coeur d'Alene's City Park is under a lease with BNSF Railway Co., which owns the land. But now, the railroad is abandoning that unused rail line and that piece of the land will revert to the city. Eskelin's is one of two businesses that have been informed their leases will not be renewed.
