Portland residents Jack and Cindy Sparks tie yellow ribbons to a tree Wednesday in Hailey, Idaho. The couple were in Hailey a year ago when they heard about the capture of Army Spc. Bowe Bergdahl in Afghanistan and wanted to help decorate.
