A single gillnet set by Kalispell Tribe fisheries researchers on the Pend Oreille caught this assortment of northern pike in 2009, indicating the fish were plentiful and spread through a range of age classes. Even higher densities of fish were caught during sampling in May.Photo by Jason Connor
