Yangtoua and Yingtoua Xiong are now proud owners of their home on West Maxwell Avenue. The Xiong family just paid off its mortgage with Habitat for Humanity. There were 10 people in the family – including four children, two dependent parents and a sister – when the family first applied in 1989.
