One of 22 hot air balloons rises at the start of the Putrajaya Hot Air Balloon Fiesta in Putrajaya, Malaysia, Thursday. Twenty-two balloons from 10 countries participated in the event. The Darth Vader balloon, made in 2007, is 86 feet high, including the basket.
