House Speaker Lawerence Denney, R-Midvale, presides over the House on Wednesday morning. The House voted 65-1 in favor of a budget for the state Tax Commission for next year that calls for hiring additional temporary and permanent auditors to bring in already-owed taxes; that bill now moves to the Senate.
