Jason Cunningham, a cowboy at the McClaran Ranch in remote northeast Oregon, stopped at Ray Wilson’s saddle shop in Joseph recently to pick up supplies for the ranch. His children, Hailey, 6, Owen, 2, and Cade, 4, as well as Cunningham’s wife and youngest son also were running errands. Oregonian
