Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for tips that help arrest thieves who used stolen credit cards to buy $18,000 in computer equipment and other items. The credit cards were stolen from a 64-year-old woman who was shopping at Rosauer’s, 9414 N. Division St., then used to buy merchandise that same day. More than $7,000 was spent at the Target store at 13724 E. Sprague Ave. in Spokane Valley. The theft occurred July 29. Spokane County sheriff’s detectives haven’t not been able to identify the man and woman picture on surveillance cameras using the stolen cards.
