Matthew Hutcheson, co-founder of Green Valley Holdings LLC, announces his bid to buy bankrupt Tamarack Resort in Valley County, Idaho for $40 million cash. Hutcheson made the announcement at a press conference Monday at the Cottonwood Grill restaurant in Boise.
