Freeman School District Superintendent Sergio Hernandez led efforts to pass two levies and a construction bond, and directed the high school and elementary school construction projects. More than that, he said, “I hope they remember me for caring about people, caring about the students and the staff and working as a team player. The buildings really are a team effort.”
