Robert Graper, 48, of Spokane, got his eyebrows covered in snow during his 3.5 mile run along 25th Avenue during the snowstorm that hit on Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011. Graper said it was his first day out running in a long time. "It's kind of tough" he said during a break.
