Freelance writer Kimberly Hiss, wrote a story for the December 2010 issue of O magazine regarding a wild turkey hunt near Kearney, Neb., and the bird (shown above) she bagged for her holiday dinner table. Hiss used virtually every part of the bird. She made table decorations from the tail feathers.
