An unattended roller suitcase, seen here through the rear window of a Spokane Police vehicle, was discovered on the southwest corner of Sprague Avenue and Cedar Street around 8 a.m. Wednesday morning January 19, 2010 in Spokane, Wash. Police have closed several streets around the device: Cedar from Sprague to First; Sprague from Adams to the Maple Street Bridge overpass; and a portion of Riverside east of where the item was found.
