The National 9/11 Flag on display in the Idaho State Capitol on Monday, where Idahoans, including Gov. Butch Otter, got a chance to take a stitch on a patch to tattered flag that was destroyed in the collapse of the World Trade Center; it's on a national tour, with a patch being applied in each state.
