William Wakker, of Valleyford, is known around the world for custom-made concertinas he builds by hand. Wakker is one of just five makers of custom concertinas in the world. A native of the Netherlands, he became a U.S. citizen Tuesday during a naturalization ceremony with 31 other immigrants. Below, Judge Cynthia Imbrogno congratulates Wakker on becoming a citizen.
