Carolyn Ringo, left, coordinator of the Forget-Me-Not program at Sacred Heart Children's Hospital, and Sarah Bain, founder of the Spokane chapter of the MISS Foundation, are pioneering efforts in the Inland Northwest to help families who know that the babies they are expecting will not be born alive, or will be born with conditions incompatible with life.
