Keeping watch: Officer Winston Brooks of the Coeur d’Alene Police Department kept traffic away from the Kootenai County Courthouse on Tuesday during a bomb scare that proved to be a hoax. A similar false threat was made against the federal courthouse in Coeur d’Alene.
