Planely scene: A Southwest Airlines flight takes off from Spokane International Airport on Tuesday. Work on the airport’s main runway is scheduled to be finished within the next 10 days. Work is also being performed on Fairchild Air Force Base runways. A few Air Force tankers are based at Spokane International, while the rest are flying out of Moses Lake.
