Ready to run: “He’s my watchdog and my alarm clock,” Bonnie Warwick, of the Kootenai County Dog Park Association, said about her dog, Scooter, at the new Cherry Hill Dog Park in Coeur d’Alene on Thursday. The Coeur d’Alene Parks Department and the association will host a “leash-cutting ceremony and dedication” for the dog park on Sunday from noon to 3 p.m. with a dog costume parade and contest.
