The Central Valley High School Marching Band and Color Guard rehearses Tuesday for the Northwest Association for Performing Arts Championhips to be held today in Hillsboro, Ore. The band made history by winning first place at the University of Oregon Festival of Bands at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Ore., last weekend.
