Cable guy: Rising over 110 feet in the air, workers representing Integrus Architecture and Garco Construction Inc., participate in a “conditions assessment” of the Pavilion tensile cable structure around the crown in Riverfront Park on Thursday in downtown Spokane. Workers are documenting decay, deterioration and damage of the structure and the viability of continued use. Findings will be used as part of the Master Planning Project for Riverfront Park. The facility will reopen today.
