Innkeeper John Hough turns on a light in a redesigned room at the Roosevelt Inn in Coeur d’Alene. Hough’s bed-and-breakfast was subjected to a visit by TV chef Gordon Ramsay, who analyzed and critiqued the operation from top to bottom. The “Hotel Hell” team redecorated the room, changing it from a bedroom in a two-room suite to a sitting room.
