The faces of the children were digitally altered by the FBI to protect their identity in this photo taken Jan. 17, 2011, which shows Kevin Harpham in the background, photographing a family, along with the marchers assembled behind them. The bronze statue in the image commemorates the life of Lt. Col. Michael P. Anderson, who considered Spokane his hometown.
