The owners of the Old European are bringing aebelskivers and German potato pancakes back to the Spokane Valley at the Little Euro Cafe, in the former Victoria's Espresso location, 517 N. Pines Road. Owners Dave and Tami Sevier said the new cafe will have the same menu as the other Old European restaurants.
