The United States Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit appears in a special sitting on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at the James A. McClure Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Boise, Idaho. The three judge panel heard oral arguments in an appeal by Eric and Corissa Mueller following the 2010 dismissal of a suit brought by the couple on the City of Boise St. Luke's Medical Center regarding the 2002 care and treatment of their 5-week-old daughter. This was the first appearance of Ninth Circuit in Boise since 2003.
