Bob Davis, neighbor, examined green waste during the tour of the Regional Compost Facility in Colbert Friday, August 3, 2001. About a year later, as a result of contamination with the weed killer clopyralid, the Spokane Solid Waste System voted to buy out the contract it has with Nocal Waste Systems to operate the Colbert composting facility.
