Cleaner ‘Victory’: Larry Tate of FS Ltd., an art specialty company that handles conservation and restoration, works on “Winged Victory,” a World War I monument by sculptor Alonzo Lewis near the north entrance to the Capitol Building in Olympia on Tuesday. The statue has a soldier, Marine, sailor and military nurse marching in front of the figure of Winged Victory.
