A boat tossed into a neighborhood in the wake of superstorm Sandy on Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012, in Cedar Bonnet Island, N.J. Power is still out and residents who evacuated the island are still not being allowed back in. Sandy is considered responsible for at least six deaths across the state of New Jersey in addition to power outages.
