The Indigo Rose tomato is a new breed available for the first time this year. Spokane Valley farmer Dan Jackson is growing the tomatoes, which researchers say is the highest in antioxidants. It is on the menu at Stella's Cafe, South Perry Pizza and a few other restaurants are experimenting with it.
