Charred fish niçoise looks like a complicated dish to prepare over the campfire, but most of the work happens at home. The fish is marinated in one freezer bag, while the vegetables are prepared and frozen in another. At the campsite, just grill the fish and assemble the dish over the vegetable niçoise salad.
