Where’s Andy? Mark Butterfield, of Elko, Nev., climbs into his 1963 Ford Galaxie 500 he bought and turned into a police car with the Nevada license plate “Maybry” during the 17th annual regional gathering of the Emergency Vehicle Owners and Operators of America. Next to him is a 1969 Pontiac Bonneville ambulance that formerly served in Kellogg and is now owned by Fraser Field, of Deroche, B.C. The group came from Post Falls to Spokane on Thursday, including this stop at Fire Station No. 4, 1515 W. First Ave.
