Joan Hurlock, the second woman to serve on Idaho’s Fish & Game Commission, speaks before the Senate Resources and Environment Committee on Monday, Feb. 4, 2013. Hurlock, who showed pictures of her outdoor activities, was appointed by the governor in June, needs to be confirmed by the committee for a term that would commence July 1, 2012 and expire June 30, 2016.
