Spokane Police investigate the scene of a fatal crash at Empire and Helena Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013. The truck at left had the right of way while travelling west on Empire when a Honda ran the stop sign at Helena and struck it, killing the truck’s driver. The Honda’s driver, Bryan J. Storms, was arrested and will be charged with vehicular homicide.
