Shelby Morton of Spokane, helps jewelry designer Alyssah Perez into one of Perez’s necklaces before a photo shoot at Eco Chic Jewelry Designs Feb. 21 at Glamarita in the Garland Business District in north Spokane. Perez now owns a working studio and Morton is her first employee.
