An All Nippon Airways Boeing 787 Dreamliner is seen at Haneda Airport in Tokyo on Wednesday. U.S. regulators said Wednesday they asked Boeing to provide a full operating history of lithium-ion batteries used in its grounded 787 Dreamliners after Japan’s All Nippon Airways said it had repeatedly replaced the batteries before overheating issues surfaced.
