Vietnam veteran Roger Fleishour delivers a newly made ceiling tile honoring U.S. Army veteran Rick McCoy on Monday at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3067 in Deer Park. Fleishour, who makes the panels to hang inside the post, was given six months to live because of cancer. He has just returned from an Honor Flight trip to Washington, D.C.
