A vandal broke in and ravaged the contents of the Spokane Fire Department’s Children’s Fire Safety House on Tuesday while parked near Bemiss Elementary School. A framed memorial picture of 1995 fire victims Justin, Steven, Loren and Derek Schliebe was ripped from the house’s wall and the glass smashed.
