Twilight Cider Works is making hard ciders from fruit grown at Green Bluff and around Washington. The cidery recently opened at 18102 N. Day Mount Spokane Road. The ciders are drier than most people expect, but have been well-received by customers and neighbors, said owner Will Jordan.
