Courtney Turnipseed, a close friend of Spc. Tevin Geike, and her mother, Kimberly Turnipseed, react as Commissioner Meagan Foley releases Cedarium Johnson, 21, without bail and to the supervision of Joint Base Lewis-McChord on Tuesday. Geike was stabbed and died after a confrontation over the weekend.
