Take a bow: Spokane Symphony Resident Conductor Morihiko Nakahara congratulates Mullan Road Elementary School fourth-grader Peggy Sue Bristol, 9, after she guest-conducted the orchestra. All Spokane Public Schools fourth-graders attended one of two Spokane Symphony concerts held Wednesday at the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox. A grant from the Washington Arts Commission covered the symphony performance and accompanying curriculum at no cost to the school district.
